Gunmen Threaten Lionel Messi and Attack His In-Laws’ Business

In Argentina, gunmen on motorbikes shot up a store owned by Lionel Messi’s in-laws and left a threatening note for the soccer star. “We’re waiting for you, Messi. Javkin is a drug dealer.” The message was written on a piece of cardboard and left in front of the Unico shop in Rosario, Argentina, early on Thursday morning. ESPN says that Pablo Javkin is the mayor of Rosario and that he has spoken out about crime and the lack of police protection in his city. No one knows why the person was shot.
