Halle Berry used Instagram on Tuesday to celebrate the country’s birthday. In the post, she also showed her three-year boyfriend, singer Van Hunt.

The 56-year-old Oscar winner is wearing a black maxi dress, a straw hat, and sunglasses in the picture. Berry looks ready for the summer heat and the day’s celebrations, with her arm lazily resting on her knee.

Along with Berry is picture is of her 53-year-old boyfriend, singer Van Hunt, relaxing in the kitchen in his robe. Hunt is seen with a bright orange bucket hat on top of sunflower glasses. The leaves of the sunflower frame his eyes. He’s even got a coffee cup in his hand, which adds to his casual look.

The actress who plays Catwoman wrote in the post’s description, “Can’t ruin my vibe today … and you damn sure can’t ruin his! (swipe) Happy 4th to you and yours!!

Halle Berry kept the party going on her Instagram Story by posting pictures of her two dogs, Jax and Ro, who looked like patriotic puppies because they were wearing red, white, and blue masks.

Berry and Hunt may be taking it easy on the Fourth of July, but they haven’t been afraid to show how much they care for each other.

Just a month before, Berry posted some sweet photos of the pair, including one of them kissing, on Instagram.

In the caption, she gave advice to women: “Don’t be the girl a man wants, be the woman a man needs!”
