HAMILTON, N.Y. — The 16th annual International Film Festival has returned this week for screenings at the Hamilton Movie Theater.

Directors and producers from across the country and around the world are in town this week. 

Movie screenings take place throughout the week, with panel discussions scheduled for this weekend.

“The festival is a seven-day film and music event that hosts filmmakers from across the globe. HNYIFF is regularly named a “Top 100 Best Festival” by Filmfreeway, the world’s largest film submission platform representing over 11000 festivals,” the event’s website stated.

The festival is now until July 28. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Hamilton Movie Theater. 

The theater is located at 7 Lebanon St. in Hamilton.
