Helen Skelton is in a lot of trouble because BBC bosses are said to have criticized her for pushing brands while she worked on Morning Live.
The 40-year-old TV host already has problems in her personal life because she recently split up with her ex-husband, Richie Myler. Unfortunately, she is now in another problem that could also hurt her work life.
Helen broke the strict rules of the broadcasting company by tagging the brands of clothes, jewelry, and cake makers in her Instagram posts.
The rules say that people who work on-air shouldn’t promote items, services, or clothing that they use.
The license fee pays for the BBC, which doesn’t allow any ads or product placements on its TV, radio, or websites.
Helen took off the tags and didn’t get paid by the brands for mentioning them on her social media page.
A BBC representative told MailOnline, “Helen pays for the clothes she wears on the show and does not have relationships with the brands tagged.”
She has now taken down her social media posts about the show that talked about brands.
