From melted cheese to boozy hot chocolate, the dining options at Snowport in Seaport will warm your body from your stomach to your toes.
Snowport, which returned to Boston for its fifth year on Friday, Nov. 10, goes until Sunday, Dec. 31. This year, Snowport expanded its drink options to include four new holiday bars like Jingle Bar and The Dizzy Dreidel.

The dining area also features tons of food trucks and stands from local vendors that sell everything from grilled cheese and pasta to waffles and crepes. For those heading to Snowport, here are five food items you must try:
Cheese wheel pasta

At this stand, the product is the name. Cheese Wheel Pasta offers one thing and one thing only: freshly cooked pasta noodles tossed directly in a block of parmesan cheese. The food trend has been made popular by restaurants from all around the world, including Nico in Boston.
Loaded waffles from Naughty Waffle

Naughty Waffle migrated from its home in Faneuil Hall to Seaport for the winter, and it brought with them waffles that are so good you’ll feel bad for eating it. Naughty Waffle specializes in loaded waffles sandwiches like “The Naughty Boy” (Nutella, strawberry, banana and walnut) or “Perfect Couple” (peanut butter, Nutella, banana, strawberry and honey).

This boozy hot chocolate in dangerous. First in the sense of how strong it is and second, how good it tastes. The Feliz Navidad is a mix of “Seaport’s secret hot chocolate,” according to Jingle Bar’s menu, with your choice of either Repsoado Tequila or Evan Williams Bourbon. Topped with whipped cream and peppermint sprinkles, the drink makes for the perfect adult holiday beverage.

Empanadas from The Nada Cart

The Nada Cart is a staple at Snowport, being present at the market every year since it started. Behind its petite food truck is big flavor with a curation of empanadas including Pollo Guisdado (pulled chicken in a tomato base) and Argentina (ground beef with raisin, egg and olive). The Nada Cart does a slew of other pop-ups and events that can be found on their website.
Lobster Mac ‘n’ cheese from ZaZ Restaurant

Once you eat from ZaZ Restaurant’s food truck at Snowport, you’ll understand why they are one of the biggest names in Boston for Caribbean cuisine. The truck offers classic island dishes like jerk chicken, coconut shrimp and plantains but the crème de la crème is their lobster Mac ‘n’ cheese dusted with cajun seasoning. One bite and you’ll be transported from New England to the tropics.
