Selena Gomez revealed that she feels protected with her boyfriend Benny Blanco.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the Calm Down singer discussed her romantic life, stating that she is ‘happy with everything’ ahead of the release of her fourth studio album.

She went on to say, “Without getting into too much detail, I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you.”

The performer went on to say, “And I think it’s really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in.”

Gomez admitted that Blanco is the person she feels most safe with. She went on to say, “It’s been really lovely and I’ve only grown through it, so it’s awesome.”

The singer disclosed her growing affair with a record producer on social media in December 2023.

Furthermore, the People You Know singer revealed a rare glimpse into her future career goals, stating that she would love to explore TV and cinema alongside her music career.

The artist stated, “I love film. I love TV. I just feel like I haven’t done a lot of the things that I want to do in that space. It’s not that it’s ‘no, never’ [to music], it’s more that I would like to explore that world a bit more and have the time to actually do that, Gomez explained.”
