Vintage Halloween Blow Molds
First, we have to pay respect to the irreplaceable, well-made blow molds that are highly sought after even to this day! The photo below shows a child looking into a trick-or-treat candy bucket blow mold, a must-have while going door to door seeking out those sweet treats. Lisa said the photo is from Halloween in 1970!

Today, vintage blow molds and candy buckets can go for hundreds of dollars online (depending on who’s buying). Fun fact, my wife and I collect blow molds and have a collection of around 15 buckets and decorative pieces! So if you ever feel like donating one of the spooky treasures, my door is always open! 😎
Classic horror and vintage Halloween masks & costumes
This black and white photo shared by SnapJAX user Lisa shows a child, dressed up in a devil costume with a devil mask, who seems to be showing off his candy sack! The sack features a black cat with its back raised — an iconic Halloween pose! Lisa said the photo was taken in Jacksonville on Halloween in 1967.

Another photo from 1967 shows a child dressed up as an adorable ghost! More importantly, Casper the Friendly Ghost! Casper has been a fan-favorite since he was first published in comics in 1949.

Vintage Home Decor
This photo from 1970 really highlights the home decor at the time. The television, large portraits of all the kids hanging on the walls, extra chairs in the living room. What a treat!
This has to be the best transformation photo yet! Lisa shared a photo of her home from 1978, and then again in 2023! This is just too adorable!
