In case you missed it, here’s one recipe from the event to try:

Easy Cranberry-Orange-Pecan Relish

Ingredients:

12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries

3⁄4 cup white sugar

1 12-oz. jar orange marmalade

3⁄4 cup chopped pecans

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cranberries in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar, cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle nuts over the top. Cover with foil and return to the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir in marmalade. Cool to room temperature. Cover tightly and refrigerate.

Adjust sugar to your taste, or add up to a tablespoon of lemon juice.
