The holiday spirit was prevalent in Midland this weekend as numerous churches hosted holiday bazaars and craft shows, including Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, Trinity Lutheran Church, and Our Savior Lutheran Church.

Assumption of the BVM Parish hosted its 52nd annual bazaar from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. More than 60 vendors set up for the day, selling baked goods, paintings, pottery, doll clothing, accessories, jewelry and more. The Knights of Columbus served lunch, including homemade chicken noodle soup, egg rolls, sloppy joes and more.

Throughout the bazaar, visitors could purchase raffle tickets for $1 each. Raffle winners were selected for various prizes such as quilts, afghans, cash and more.

Relay for Life held its eighth annual Holiday Craft and Vendor Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Visitors were able to start their holiday shopping early while supporting both Relay teams and local businesses. Vendors offered items from 3D printed toys to wire statues to small Christmas trees made of ribbon.

Our Savior Lutheran Church held a Craft and Bake Sale as well from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering homemade jams, decorations, baked goods, embroidered clothing and more.
