MADISON (WKOW) — A special delivery in Madison on Monday will help make spirits bright later this week.

Several balsam fir trees arrived at The Edgewater Hotel ahead of the 9th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting on Friday night.

They’ll be shining with more than 15,000 lights as families enjoy the free event on Nov. 24. The event also features activities like North Pole Craft Stations, holiday stories, and cookie decorating.

There will also be several performances including Bucky Badger, Blackstar Drum Line and James the Magician. 

And, of course, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand to light the holiday trees.
