STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Hobby Lobby is officially open on Staten Island, and it may seem overwhelming to new shoppers.
The New Springville store — located at 280 Marsh Ave. — welcomed customers Friday morning during its soft-opening phase, which is intended to prep staffers and the store for regular business. Hobby Lobby’s grand opening and ribbon-cutting event will be held on Monday, March 11.
Hobby Lobby offers custom picture framing, fabric, jewelry-making supplies, a floral department, wedding department, cards, party ware, baskets, wearable art, holiday merchandise, decor, toys and so much more. Customers will find new items at every turn — and the large-scale store is a paradise for crafters, organizers, DIY-ers and decorators alike.
We visited the store to see what items they had in stock — from yarn, to fabric, picture frames, decor, and so much more.
