Chowgirls Catering in Minneapolis (chowgirls.net) created this shareable board made with bread and hand-rolled butter (the Chowgirls use butter from Farmhouse Kitchens Cooperative in Wisconsin). “Soft, spreadable butter creates an excellent palette for the table,” says Amy Brown, Chowgirls co-founder. “Adorn with fresh herbs, interesting spices like crushed pink peppercorns, and edible flowers to tie your color scheme into your tablescape.”
