Mastering GenAI will be critical in the technology competition and the United States should adopt measures to organize, drive, and ensure it has the fuel and resources to sustain America’s role as the world’s leading innovation power.

In a new report, SCSP explains how GenAI acts like an “innovation flywheel” and outlines some steps the U.S. could take to translate this innovative power into greater national security.
