For more than 45 years, the Arizona International Auto Show at the Phoenix Convention Center has been a beloved Thanksgiving weekend tradition. After a last-minute cancellation in 2023 due to the United Auto Workers union going on strike, the auto show is returning for 2024.
Car enthusiasts will be able to explore the latest in automotive innovation and explore the newest vehicles hitting the market in a relaxed, no-salesman required environment while learning from knowledgeable specialists.
“With falling interest rates, increased incentives and an abundance of inventory — including new electric and hybrid vehicles — now is an excellent time to consider purchasing a new car,” Brian Moody, executive editor of Autotrader, said in a press release.
“The Arizona International Auto Show offers a pressure-free environment to interact with product specialists, test drive vehicles and explore the latest automotive options available today.”

The Phoenix auto show is an all-ages event where visitors can see and learn about the newest cars and trucks including hybrids, plug-in hybrids, EVs, fuel cell vehicles and traditional gas engines.

They’ll also get an up-close look at new models from Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and many more.
Guests can also test drive a variety of vehicles, see a collection of tricked-out customized vehicles from local owners at the WDL Racing Display, see luxury cars like Bentley, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ferrari and more in the Penske Luxury Salon.
When is the Phoenix auto show 2024?
The Arizona International Auto Show in downtown Phoenix takes place on Thanksgiving weekend, Nov. 28-Dec. 1. Here’s the schedule:
- 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursday and Sunday.
- 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
