CINCINNATI (WXIX) – An Indiana woman is under arrest on charges she left her twin toddlers and 7-year-old child alone in a vehicle parked at Hard Rock Casino in Cincinnati.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office charged Kylie Pratt of Russville with three counts of endangering children. Her twins are 18-months-old, according to criminal complaints.
There is “video evidence” of Pratt arriving at Hard Rock Casino on Broadway Street in Pendleton just outside of downtown Cincinnati on Tuesday and “exiting her motor vehicle, leaving children ranging in age from 7 to 18 months unattended,” police wrote in the complaints.
Pratt was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center by 1:42 p.m. Tuesday, made her initial court appearance on Wednesday and is still held at the jail Thursday morning.
A Hamilton County public defender appointed to represent her declined to comment on her behalf Thursday morning.
Pratt returns to Hamilton County Municipal Court next month.
She is scheduled to appear for a pretrial hearing at 9 a.m. June 3 before Judge Bernie Bouchard.
