Infinity Visual and Performing Arts has added Madelyn Nelson to its team of instructors to teach photography and creative movement.

Nelson is a 2022 graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in photography. She has been a performing arts student since the age of three, starting at Tiffany Wakeley’s Academy of Dance and moving to Dancing with Victoria’s where she performed on the competition dance teams for lyrical, hip hop and was one of the first students taking a pointe class. She was also a Little Theatre Jr. Guilder where she performed locally and regionally.

In high school, Nelson studied clarinet and was a member of the marching band, pit band, choir, and state swim team. She also performed in high school musicals both on stage and as a tech crew member.

“I am thrilled to be back in my hometown and giving back to the performing arts community through Infinity,” Nelson said. “I am excited to share my knowledge and passion for photography and creative movement with the students of Infinity.”
