The festivities dialed up to a crescendo with the ‘Mela Rouge’ that transformed the venue into a see-and-be-seen amusement park. Taking inspiration from Moulin Rouge, the décor delivered on the theatricality of its namesake. For whisking guests away to the cabaret era in Paris, the venue was transformed into the pinnacle of burlesque opulence with an explosion of fresh red florals across the ballroom. The iconic rouge windmill was exaggerated to mammoth proportions, while gilded arches laden with florals grazed the starry night sky. The commitment to the carnival theme was further extended to all corners with an illuminated Ferris wheel, gilded carousel ride, opulent velvets, casino-style seating and grand staircases flanked by crystal chandeliers.
