Kim Kardashian appeared to maintain space from her ex-husband Kanye West during their latest ‘unpleasant’ co-parenting outing.

On Saturday, the former couple met for the basketball game of their eight-year-old son, Saint. However, the two ‘ignored’ each other through cold behaviours.

While examining the former lovebirds’ actions, body language expert Judi James told The Mirror that “Kim and Kanye both chose to make that icy spacial gap even greater with what looked like a series of ‘ignores.’”

She went on to say, “There is some form of communication between them here but none of the kind of facial feature softening or eye smiling that you might get with a more friendly encounter.”

Regarding the reality TV star, Judi stated that the viral photographs show Kim staring coldly at Kanye.

While discussing the rapper’s reply, the expert stated, “…and although we can’t see his face, the suggestion from the angle of his head is that he is staring right back.”

During their son’s match, the rapper and socialite remained glued to their phones, avoiding communication.

Judi went on to say, “Both use their cell phones to complete the ritual of ignoring each other though, tapping into their keyboards to keep them and their attention signals occupied to avoid engaging in a rapport-building chat.”

Kanye and Kim filed for divorce in 2021. The former marriage has four children: North, 10, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4.
