Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for researching and analyzing the development trend of automotive interior styling;
• Responsible for preliminary conceptual design, preliminary planning and interior design of creative design;
• Responsible for tracking and guiding 3D data of creative schemes;
• Responsible for the guidance and implementation of modeling models.

• Completed the design and development task of superior layout digital surface;
• Led the team to complete the development of various digital models and organized the review;
• Responsible for formulating data quality development strategy and planning and risk control, and solving key problems;
• Responsible for guiding junior digital modelers;
• Assisted in the establishment and improvement of R&D system and quality management system, and was responsible for the preparation of documents such as process, specification and operation guide.

Requirements:

• Excellent ability to understand concept renderings; Have strong effect drawing understanding ability, shape aesthetic ability and cloud point reverse ability.
• Familiar with automotive digital surface design; Familiar with constraint information and vehicle development process, and have a good understanding of vehicle engineering constraints.
• Must be familiar with the vehicle development process. Responsible for work, forward-looking and sensitive to new technology, logical thinking, team communication and cooperation spirit;

Essential Job Functions:

• Collect design materials
• Participate in the analysis of interior and exterior decoration color material design trend and related reserve design
• Completed CMF-related design tasks of vehicle interior and exterior decoration and parts assigned by superiors
• Completed interior modeling and interior modeling parts design tasks;

RequirementsExcellent ability in color matching and forward-looking analysis of color materials;

• Have a good understanding of cutting-edge trends and be able to apply them into design projects;
• Able to complete the whole CMF design process from preliminary creativity to scheme implementation to mass production;
• Responsible for the formulation and optimization of design process, standards, quality and other systems in the professional field;
• Good communication skills, responsible for tracking the design improvement, cooperating with the engineering department for development, and completing communication and connection with the engineering department;
• Automotive or industrial design color material-related design is preferred
