Ioan Gruffudd just confirmed his engagement to fiancée Bianca Wallace on social media.

On Saturday, the Fantastic Four star shared a beautiful photo of himself and Bianca in a joint Instagram post.

The couple was seen embracing in the snap, with Bianca showing off her engagement ring.

Ioan and Biance captioned their image, “The most precious thing happened.”

Fans were overjoyed to hear the engagement news, with one writing, “Congratulations!! I’m so happy for both of you.”

“So so so happy for you!!! Your love is one for the ages,” another said.

A third individual commented, “What great bliss!! All the best for you and that together.”

Interestingly, Ioan’s engagement announcement occurred after the actor filed for divorce from Alice Evans in March 2021.

The former couple, who have two kids, Ella and Elsie, met on the set of 102 Dalmatians in 2000 and got married in 2007.

Ioan later made his connection with Bianca public in October 2021, using a photo-sharing application.

Ioan and Alice’s divorce was formalised in July 2023, according to information obtained by PEOPLE from the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Ioan and Alice faced child custody and domestic abuse allegations during their divorce proceedings.

Meanwhile, in a restraining order filed against Alice, the former couple’s older daughter Ella indicated that she was afraid of being abused by her father’s girlfriend Bianca.
