The mullet. Be it a rough-chop haircut or nondescript little taupe fish, they tend to polarise people.

The much maligned unisex mullet is an arguably unsavoury look worn by scaly animals. The scaly animal itself is an unimpressive-looking bottom feeder (as I discovered when I cut several open on a recent fishing trip to find little more than silt) that isn’t often seen on menus.
