Italy Tour Inspires Starbucks CEO to Launch Olive Oil-Infused Lattes

According to a press release, Starbucks is releasing an Oleato latte with oat milk and olive oil, an Oleato ice shaken espresso, and an Oleato golden foam cold brew created with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. CEO Howard Schultz suggested olive oil-infused drinks. He started taking a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil every morning in Italy last year. He tried mixing olive oil and coffee one morning. The new drinks will debut in Italy this week, in southern California in spring, and in the rest of the U.S.
