Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Music Theater, Theatre-by-the-Grove, Symphony Orchestra and Chorale will present a production of the popular classic comic operetta, “The Pirates of Penzance,” with libretto by W. S. Gilbert and music by Arthur Sullivan.
