Jamie Lynn Spears has ended her tenure on I’m A Celebrity…Only a week after entering the reality TV show series, Get Me Out Of Here.

According to a spokeswoman for Britney Spears, she quit the event due to medical reasons, according to the Daily Express.

“She’s been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities,” he said.

Spears’ unexpected resignation follows Grace Dent’s exit from the show on identical grounds.

Jamie insisted on being “miserable” during Tuesday’s show, alluding to her now-confirmed leaving.

During her stay on the Murwillumbah, New South Wales-based show, she had also expressed a wish to return to her children in the United States.

The Zoey 101 actress made a point of expressing her displeasure, admitting to being “p***** off” when Sam Thompson gave her some chocolate.

The irritation on her face was palpable after Sam dubbed her “the girl who cried wolf.”

“Guess what, I didn’t leave,” she retorted during the show.

Jamie went on to say, “I’m not the girl that cried wolf, I’m speaking honestly about my emotions.”
