Jeffrey A. Louder, 62, Duncansville, passed away Thursday morning at his residence after an extended illness. Jeff was born in Altoona, the son of Carol R. (Ickes) Louder and the late James F. Louder. Surviving are his mother; siblings, Cheri McCommons and Micky Louder; and several nieces and nephews. He was a 1979 graduate of Altoona Area High School and previously worked in maintenance for the Altoona Area School District. Jeff was an avid sports fan, especially football and baseball. There will be no public funeral service. Arrangements are by E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home Inc., 2309 Broad Ave., Altoona.
