Jen Shah Threatens to Sue ‘RHOSLC’ Co-Star Heather Gay After Revealing a Black Eye

Jen Shah may be in prison, but she intends to sue RHOSLC co-star Heather Gay if necessary.

Following Gay’s shocking disclosure on season 3 of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City that it was Shah who gave her the mystery shiner, Shah strongly disputed the charges.

In fact, her rep informed Page Six on Thursday that the Bravolebrity, who is presently in prison for a telemarketing scheme, “is most likely going to seek legal action” because of the “wording” in the upcoming reunion.

“If in the final cut of the three-part RHOSLC reunion, Heather makes any direct reference to Jen Shah giving her the black eye, legal action will be taken by the Shah family against Andy Cohen, NBC Universal, Bravo, Shed Media, and Heather for slander and defamation,” a spokesperson told the media outlet.

Gay confessed on the RHOSLC season 4 finale, which aired Tuesday, that she had been covering up for Shah the entire time, while saying she was “too drunk” to recall how she acquired the black eye.

“I did whatever it took,” Gay admitted tearfully. “I went on book tour and defended her and took s**t for the fact that she gave me a black eye.”

However, Shah’s representative pointed out that, despite the headlines, Gay has yet to utilize Shah’s name.

As a result, they will only take legal action if Gay accuses Shah directly during the upcoming reunion.
