Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly set to call quits on their marriage after the popstar was spotted looking at houses on her own.

The couple, dubbed ‘Bennifer’ by gossip websites in the United States, are heading for a divorce before their two-year wedding anniversary.

It emerged on May 14 that they had decided to go their separate ways and Lopez has recently been seen looking for a new place to live in the Beverley Hills neighborhood in Los Angeles, California.

According to a report from RadarOnline.com, tensions are rising as the Hollywood A-listers prepare for a high-profile divorce and Lopez “isn’t wasting time” making arrangements for herself.

“The split is getting nasty,” a source told In Touch. “She isn’t wasting any time moving on from Ben.”

“She went to the Met Gala alone, she went out to dinner on Mother’s Day without him, and now she’s looking for a new home for herself, after they had spent months searching for their dream home. And with a combined net worth of $550 million, the divorce is only going to get nastier,” the insider shared.

The ‘Love Don’t Cost a Thing’ singer, 54, and actor Affleck, 51, tied the knot in 2022 – nearly two decades after the broke off their engagement when they split up as a couple.

But in recent weeks, the pair have been spotted in public on their own without wearing their wedding rings. Only last week, Lopez attend her own movie premiere flying solo on the red carpet.

Reports suggest Affleck has accepted the marriage with Lopez isn’t going to work and he has “come to his senses”.

Affleck has allegedly stayed in a Brentwood home “without his wife” while JLo has been living in the $60 million Beverly Hills mansion they bought together last year.
