Jeremy Renner Thanks Fans 10 Months After Near-Fatal Tragedy

Jeremy Renner is doing better than ever after being run over by a 14,300-pound snowplow, which nearly killed him.

The Hawkeye star, 52, is miraculously up and jogging for the first time ten months after being hospitalized for the near-fatal accident, climbing hills and skipping down slopes.

Renner posted the update on Instagram on Wednesday, along with a video set to his song, Sign, that shows him running and bouncing up and down his incline driveway.

“Today marks the day on 10 months of recovery,” the Avengers actor said in the caption of his Instagram image. “First attempt at any of this activity (especially at steep grade) and was brought to tears of joy, hopefulness, and gratitude for all your support along with my family and friends….”

He concluded by thanking his followers, saying, “I keep pushing for many reasons, but you are my fuel.”

The award-winning actor told CNN last month that he felt “very blessed and very lucky” to have regained his mobility, thinking on all the good that came from the snowplow accident.

The gifted artist also hinted at a new music project, Love and Titanium, which was inspired by the life-altering accident.
