In the middle of a nasty custody fight with his ex-wife Sophie Turner, Joe Jonas is making the most of the mediation sessions that are still going on.

On Wednesday, when the first of the four-day sessions ended, the Jonas Brothers singer was seen leaving the New York City office building quietly at around 8 p.m., almost two hours after Turner had left.

Page Six got pictures of the former Disney star leaving through a service driveway and getting into the trunk of a black SUV. He looked tired and worn out after the nearly 10-hour-long custody talks.

Turner, meanwhile, was seen leaving the main door with her lawyers at around 6 p.m.

Earlier in the day, the ex-Game of Thrones star was also seen leaving the fancy Tribeca apartment that her close friend Taylor Swift had given her while she worked out her divorce with Jonas.

The singer of “What a Man Gotta Do” apparently wants to end the week on “better terms” with his ex-wife of four years after a rough couple of weeks since they broke up.

The fight between the two people who were no longer together got worse when the X-Men actress sued Jonas for “abducting” their two girls, Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1. He strongly denied this.

As part of an interim deal to keep their kids in the U.S., the loving parents are using the mediation sessions to come to a “fair agreement” about the kids before the lawsuit trial starts in January.
