Joe Jonas is making the most of the mediation meetings that are still going on while he and his ex-wife Sophie Turner are fighting over custody of their children.

The first day of the four-day meeting ended on Wednesday, and the lead singer of the Jonas Brothers was seen sneaking out of the NYC office building around 8 p.m., almost two hours after Turner had left.

Page Six got pictures of the former Disney star getting into the backseat of a black SUV after leaving through a service driveway. He looked tired from the nearly 10-hour custody talks.

Turner, meanwhile, was seen leaving the main door with her lawyers around 6 p.m.

Early that same day, the Game of Thrones star was seen leaving her temporary, fancy Tribeca apartment, which was given to her by her close friend Taylor Swift while she settles her divorce from Jonas, whom they both used to date.

The singer of “What a Man Gotta Do” apparently wants to end the week on “better terms” with his ex-wife of four years after a rough few weeks since they split up, according to the news source.

The fight between the two friends reached a peak when the X-Men actress sued Jonas for “abducting” their two girls, Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1. He strongly denied the charges.

The loving parents are using the mediation meetings to come to a “fair agreement” about the kids before the lawsuit trial starts in January. This is part of an interim agreement that lets them keep their kids in the U.S.
