Jordin Sparks is spending some quality time with her leading man!
The American Idol alum, 33, shared a new music video for her track “Call My Name” on Friday, featuring a very special appearance from her husband, Dana Isaiah.
In the clip, directed by Alfredo Flores, Sparks sings to the sultry R&B track as she’s pictured in scenes caressing Isaiah’s shoulders and neck — all while his back is turned to the camera. And although he might not be as recognizable in the footage as he looks away, the pair still showed off their love in some behind-the-scenes shots from the shoot.
“Did I mention there’s a video,” Sparks wrote next to an image of her husband staring up at her on set. “The ‘Call My Name’ music video premieres tomorrow, Oct 20 on @entertainmenttonight, directed by my fabulous friend @alfredoflores! 💫🤍. There are so many amazing moments from the shoot, and these are just a few, captured on film by @andrewkern.er 📸.”
“I had such an amazing time creating this video with [Flores] and the team,” she added in a later post. “I hope you all enjoy it!🥂”
Isaiah, who doubles as Sparks’ manager and is also listed as a producer on the video, joked on his own Instagram that he was “ready to turn set into something else 😈🫣😂.”
“*sees her in white dress* Me:Babe let’s turn this into a flick 😏🫣😈,” Isaiah wrote in a later post of behind-the-scenes pics.
Sparks, who married Isaiah in 2017 and shares 5-year-old son Dana Jr. with him, opened up to PEOPLE in March about how their bond grew from a shared “love of music.”

As she explained, Isaiah started working with her on music during the pandemic, and soon became her A&R and management.
“We both just work really well together,” she said. “We both have our core values, we love each other, we like each other — which is really important. I think we’re stronger now. We definitely have a bond that nobody can take away. I’m just really, really grateful to have him by my side.”
Sparks added that her husband “empowers” her, revealing that he “wants to see me shine.” And as for their son DJ, Sparks shared that he’s “always learning something new” and is “100% his own person.”
“With DJ, you’re never going to wonder what’s going on,” she said. “He’s always going to tell you the truth, so that’s been really fun to experience. We have a really, really close bond. I just really appreciate that. I love the cuddles that he gives me. I love it when he tells me that he loves me. It’s just so pure and so precious.”
The “Call My Name” music video is now available to watch on YouTube, and the track follows 2023 tracks and remixes for “Stop This Feeling,” “Love Me Like I Am,” “Stadiums,” and “Deux.”
