EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Developing out of Warrick County, a judge has ruled in favor of the Warrick County commissioners in a complaint filed by former members of the Warrick County Health Board.
The ruling states the court cannot give to the plaintiffs, who are the former health board members, what Indiana law does not give to them. It goes on to say that Indiana law gives them neither procedural due process rights nor the right to appeal their removal, effectively saying the complaint was denied.
Our Liz DeSantis will have more tonight on 14 News at 10 on this developing story.
