SARASOTA — Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe’s third annual Juneteenth Arts Festival, taking place June 22, features live performances, art, short films by local filmmakers and students from the Ringling College of Art & Design, the screening of “Soul Crooners: The Documentary,” vendors, food trucks, workshops and more.

The festival will conclude with a free jazz concert at 6 p.m. by saxophonist Dee Lucas.
