After mesmerizing fans with a remix of Standing Next to You with Usher, Jungkook surprised fans by debuting shorter hair and no piercings.
The BTS member collaborated with the Yeah singer to remix his first hit from his debut solo album Golden, which was released last month. The new version of the collaboration, which contains Usher’s soothing vocals, was published on Friday.
Usher posted the BTS member’s new appearance as they posed in what appeared to be an image from the new track’s video.
Fans expressed their mixed feelings about the new avatar on social media.
Jungkook made his solo debut in July, when he performed on Good Morning America’s Summer Concert Series. The singer performed his tracks Seven and Euphoria, both from the BTS 2018 album, as well as Dynamite from the band’s 2020 album.
The singer is best known as ‘Golden Maknae’ aka ‘Golden Youngest’ in the iconic Korean pop band BTS. Transitioning into his solo career, the Korean musician has a variety of collaborations with stars like as Jack Harlow, Latto, and DJ Snake, as well as producers such as Ed Sheeran and Shawn Mendes on the album.
Previously, a press release stated that Jungkook “expresses the flow of emotions that follow the changes in relationships” in his album.
