Justin Timberlake has stated that he will not remain silent in response to the backlash he has gotten in response to Britney Spears’ recent comments.
The Toxic singer revealed shocking claims about her relationship with the NSYNC star in her tell-all biography, The Woman in Me.
Between 1998 and 2002, the singers dated for nearly four years. During their relationship, Timberlake advised Spears to have an abortion because he wasn’t ready to be a father at the time.
According to a source on the famous Instagram account DeuxMoi, the Cry Me a River singer, who is now on vacation with his wife, Jessica Beil, and their two children, “will be breaking his silence eventually.”
“His plan isn’t to just ignore it,” they clarified. “He will have his say. And that yes, his recollection of events that happened 20+ years ago differ quite a bit from Brit’s account.”
“But he is currently not prepared to go there. At some point, he’ll be ready to talk, but how specific he’ll get into recounting past events remains to be unseen. Many people would like to see him stay above it and not get down to the granularity of it all,” the tipter stated.
How long will Timberlake wait to give his side of the story? According to the gossip source, it won’t be quiet for long due to his forthcoming solo tour next year.
