Kanye West claims he’s autistic after car crash and that Kim Kardashian is keeping kids away from him

Kanye West is back in the headlines after claiming he’s autistic.

The rapper made the claims in texts to Elon Musk, and asked that friend Ian Connor share the screenshots on Instagram.

“When are we going to speak You owe me nothing,” the texts began.

“You never have to speak to me again But if we do speak The nature of the relationship has to change I’m not bipolar I have signs of autism from my [2002] car accident.”

The accident West is referring to was his famous car crash which resulted in “Through the Wire”, which saw him rap with his jaw wired shut.

West revealed he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder back in 2018, but has since claimed that he was “mentally misdiagnosed.”

“So I will say this again I was mentally misdiagnosed and nearly drugged out of my mind to make me a manageable well behaved celebrity,” he tweeted back in 2022.

West hits out at ex Kim Kardashian

Along with making claims about his health, West also texted that his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, is keeping his kids from him.

“You can’t watch Kim keep my kids from me,” he texted. “And not say anything publicly then call yourself my friend so I can bring my audience to your struggling platform.”

West‘s Twitter account was suspended back in December for antisemitic remarks, which included him saying he would go “death con 3 on Jewish people.”

Connor also shared a text of West telling him to get the screenshots “out to the public”, as he has lost almost all of his social media accounts.

Although West’s X account was reinstated back in July, he hasn’t been active on the platform.

While West claims Kim is keeping their four children away from him, he was recently photographed with his son Saint at the Genoa vs AC Milan game just a few weeks ago.

The duo sat in a luxury box and West was spotted texting on his phone throughout the match.
