Kanye West made an unusual appearance at singer Charlie Wilson’s Hollywood Walk of Fame event on Monday, drawing attention with his odd dress choice.
Ye, joined by his wife Bianca Censori, posed with the respected music great Wilson while wearing a black full-face covering.
West, who worked with Wilson on his 2010 album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, paired his distinctive attire with a black leather jacket, leather gloves, and stone wash grey pants.
He appeared proud as he posed with Wilson and fellow musician Baby Face at the ceremony.
This isn’t West and Wilson’s first collaboration; they also worked together on the tune Brothers in 2019.
The gospel-style, piano-heavy song debuted on the second season of music executive Irv Gotti Lorenzo’s BET series Tales.
Kanye West and legendary vocalist Charlie Wilson’s collaboration on the song Brothers features a strong chorus with lyrics that resonate: We’ll be brothers forever/Whatever happens to one of us occurs to us all/And we’ll be brothers forever/We’ll be brothers forever.
This significant collaboration follows their 2018 duet with Kid Cudi on the track No Mistakes.
