Khloé Kardashian Discusses the Difficulties of Raising Her Surrogate-Born Kid

Khloe Kardashian makes a heartfelt confession about her complicated feelings for her newborn kid and the emotional distance she feels from him.

Khloe and Tristan’s second child was announced in July 2022, just before he was born. The boy, Tatum, was born through a surrogate.

Khloe has now talked about how hard it was for her to bond with her new baby son. She called the whole IVF process a “mind f–k.”

She even said that it wasn’t until she got to the hospital that she realized she was going to be a mom.

In the first episode of season three of Hulu’s The Kardashians, the reality star talked with her sister Kim Kardashian, who also has two children through surrogacy, about how “transactional” surrogacy is.

The reality star shared her surprise and underlined the importance of openness when discussing surrogacy; she also clarified that her own surrogacy experience was not bad.

Khloe, who is 38, has an on-again, off-again romance with Tristan Thompson, with whom she has a 5-year-old daughter named True.

In 2018, when Khloe was pregnant, they had problems with Tristan cheating on her. In 2019, they broke up because Tristan was seeing Jordyn Woods. They reconciled during the COVID-19 epidemic but split up again in 2021 when Sydney Chase, a model, accused them of cheating.

Khloe and Thompson got back together after their ups and downs and used IVF to have their second child. But Thompson’s paternity issue with Maralee Nichols in December 2021, when it came out that he had a child with her, took away from their happiness.
