Kia Preparing 5 New Models for the LA Auto Show

  • Many drivetrain options will be part of the Kia presentation in Los Angeles.

  • Will we see new concept from Kia?

The Los Angeles Auto Show will soon be the center of attention, the annual event that kicks off the U.S. auto show season starting next week. And because it’s such an international event, some brands are also preparing to unveil new products planned for 2025 or later.

Kia’s American wing has indicated that it will unveil no fewer than five new vehicles, powered by a wide variety of electrified and non-electrified powertrains. While Kia may be on a roll now, the Korean automaker’s strategists must continue their offensive on the North American continent.

The language better known as “Opposites United” debuted on the EV6 electric crossover in 2021 and continues to serve as the backdrop for the brand’s latest models.

“With five vehicles to be unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show next week, we want to make it clear that Kia is moving forward on all fronts,” said Steven Center, COO & EVP, Kia America. “We’ll be lifting the veil on some of the most important elements of our award-winning portfolio, and we think our customers will be thrilled with what’s coming to our showrooms in the very near future.”

Of the number, we can already mention the new Sportage redesigned for 2026, as well as the redesigned EV6 unveiled earlier this year on the South Korean market. Will Kia dare to introduce a high-performance version of its already popular EV9 three-row crossover? We think so.

We’ll see what Kia has in store for us in just a few days’ time, when the official Kia press conference delivers all these details on November 21.
