Kim Zolciak didn’t go to court for the recent decision to throw out Kroy Biermann’s second divorce case. In their bitter divorce case, the Don’t Be Tardy star, 45, missed a meeting because she was on a zoom call. The judge called it a “waste.”
Still, a source tells People magazine, “She was shooting in Colombia and could not make it in time because of production schedules. She has to make money because things are very tight right now with money.”
Zolciak is busy right now making the second season of the MTV reality show The Surreal Life in Colombia.
Even though Zolciak wasn’t there, Biermann’s lawyer, Marlys Bergstrom, asked the judge if his client could sell the couple’s house in Georgia. This was reported by Entertainment Tonight.
Biermann, who is 38 years old, told the judge that the Alpharetta house will be foreclosed on November 7.
Last month, the former NFL player went to court by himself and asked to be the only one who could sell the $3 million house.
People magazine got court papers that said the couple’s “significant debt” might be wiped out by the sale. At the same time, Biermann filed a second claim for divorce against Zolciak.
Since Biermann’s second plea on August 24, Zolciak has been sure that the marriage can be saved.
Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, both 9, are the couple’s children.
