Did You Know That There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd., the latest studio album by American musician Lana Del Rey, had the best first week sales of any of her previous releases in the United States.

She has surpassed her previous best, set by her fourth studio album, Honeymoon, released eight years ago. After its initial release, Honeymoon reached position No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and ultimately sold 116,000 copies.

Her ninth studio album was released earlier on March 24th, and it immediately vaulted into the top ten on the Billboard 200 chart, where it is currently sitting at No. 3 with approximately 115,000 units sold. In addition, she has accomplished 28,000 SEA units, equivalent to approximately 36.14 million on-demand streams of the album’s songs.
