Le Cercle de Bacchus, Baton Rouge’s oldest presentation organization, will formally announce its 2025 honorees Sunday at a brunch hosted by the organization’s past presidents at Baton Rouge Country Club.

The debutantes will be presented at the group’s annual ball on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025, at the Renaissance Hotel.

The 2025 Le Cercle de Bacchus class includes:

• Reagan Elizabeth Angers, a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy who attends LSU where she is majoring in chemical engineering and is a member of Chi Omega sorority. She is the daughter of Kimberly and Dr. Richard Byrd and Bacchus Past President Jefferson M. Angers.
• Abigail Wight Gibson, a graduate of Episcopal High who attends the University of Mississippi where she is majoring in accounting and is a member of Chi Omega sorority. Her parents are Linda and Benjamin N. Gibson.
• Molly Frances King, a graduate of Episcopal High School who attends the University of Virginia where she is majoring in history and is a member of Chi Omega sorority. She is the daughter of Christy and Jeff King.
• Ashleigh Elizabeth Lewy, a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy who attends the University of Alabama. She is majoring in public relations and is a member of Chi Omega sorority. Her parents are Shannon and Lucien Daniel “Danny” Lewy III.
• Hailey Marie Malik, a graduate of the Dunham School who attends Louisiana Tech University where she is majoring in secondary education/teaching. She is a member of Sigma Kappa sorority. She is the daughter of Onalise Devillier Malik and Becky and Steve Malik. 
• McCall Marie Matt, a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy who attends the University of Alabama where she is majoring in advertising and is a member of Chi Omega sorority. Her parents are Janay Layne Giblin and Jacques Matt IV. 
• Madeline Elizabeth McGehee, a graduate of Episcopal High School who attends LSU where she is majoring in human sciences and education and is a member of Alpha Phi sorority. She is the daughter of Alison Johnson McGehee and Blake and Susan Coco McGehee.
• Ashton Margaret Pellerin, a graduate of Episcopal High School who attends Auburn University. She is majoring in accounting/business and is a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She is the daughter of Lori and Richard Pellerin.
• Elizabeth Marie Usher, a graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy who attends Clemson University where she is majoring in accounting and is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Her parents are Jennifer and Shawn Usher. 
• Lynnlee Elizabeth Walsh, a graduate of University High School who attends LSU. She is majoring in chemistry and is a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. She is the daughter of Prentist Higginbotham and John Walsh.
