Liam Payne and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy were on a lovely trip to Lake Como, Italy, when the One Direction singer got very sick and had to be rushed to the hospital.

Liam’s new health problem comes after he said last month that he was canceling his tour of South America because he had a “serious kidney infection” that had put him in the hospital.

Insiders said that the couple was celebrating their first anniversary when Liam got sick at their holiday home and had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital.

Liam is still in the hospital, where he is expected to stay for a few days while doctors try to figure out what’s wrong with him and treat it.

“Liam is in a bad way, but he’s in the best place he can be, and finally, doctors will be able to get to the bottom of what is going on,” said a person close to the case.

Liam is very upset that his health problems have ruined his lovely trip with Kate.

But the fact that Kate has been there to help him through this hard time has brought him comfort.

Doctors are doing a lot of tests to figure out what’s wrong, which they think has been going on for a while and is getting worse.
