LINCOLN 74, MAHOMET-SEYMOUR 24: At Roy S. Anderson Gym, Kloe Froebe chalked up 31 points and the Class 3A No. 1 state-ranked Railsplitters (28-0) picked up a nonconference win.
Froebe just needs 13 points to reach 3,000 in her career.
Becca Heitzig contributed 11 points while Taryn Stoltzenburg had 10 in Lincoln’s final home game of the regular season.
Lincoln will put its unbeaten record on the line at defending 4A state champion and No. 10 state-ranked O’Fallon Friday before meeting 4A No. 2 Alton in the East Alton-Wood River Shootout on Saturday.

SPRINGFIELD HIGH 58, BLOOMINGTON 34: At Willard Duey Gymnasium, Emma Scheffler drained three of her four 3s in the first period in the nonconference win.
She led the Senators (18-8) with 13 points while five other players contributed at least five points. Mia Volpert hit two 3s and had 10 points. Ariana Williams and Rayne Tillman had seven points apiece.
JACKSONVILLE 49, LANPHIER 43: At Jacksonville, the Crimsons went into halftime with a 27-22 lead and defeated the Lions to win their first Central State Eight Conference contest.
Jacksonville’s Autumn Gause scored nine of 13 points in the first half and teammate Zara Harper had all eight of hers before halftime. Kylie Ingram had two 3-pointers and added eight points for the Crimsons (3-23 overall, 1-8 in the CS8).
Lovely Jackson produced a game-high 20 points and Aubrey Beavers made two 3s and scored 10 for Lanphier (4-18, 1-9).
NOKOMIS 63, NORTH MAC 51: At Nokomis, sophomore Kinley Stolte recorded a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds as NHS notched a nonconference win.
Three other players finished in double figures for Nokomis (18-10), which led 33-27 at halftime. Camryn Engelman and Natalie Brownback had 12 points apiece and Alivia Sabol made 4 of 5 shots and scored 11. North Mac dropped to 17-9.
CHATHAM GLENWOOD 49, TROY TRIAD 39: At Troy, Alexis Neumann furnished 27 points in the nonconference win to move to 19-6 overall.

Monday’s results
GILLESPIE 60, KINCAID SOUTH FORK 57 (OT): At Kincaid, Delaney Taylor and Erika Gill scored three points each in overtime as the Miners pulled out a nonconference win.
Taylor made two 3-pointers and finished with 11 points and Gill and Becca Crays added eight apiece. Amari Vickery led Gillespie (22-6) with a team-high 19 points. She had seven points in the fourth period and 11 in the second half.
Angelina Ippolito and Jara Shoulders combined for 37 points to pace Kincaid (18-11). Ippolito netted 13 of her 19 points in the first half, while Shoulders had 12 of her 18 in the second half and overtime period. Lilly Wake added eight points for the Ponies.
HAVANA 53, ASTORIA SOUTH FULTON 31: At Havana, the Ducks took control and went into halftime with a 10-point lead of a Prairieland Conference victory.
Havana outscored South Fulton 16-5 in the second period for a 23-13 advantage at intermission. Senior Jaylynn Sarnes scored a game-high 17 points and Kaydi Miller racked up 15 of her 16 points in the second half for Havana (16-10 overall, 3-0 in the Prairieland).
CARLINVILLE 54, SOUTH COUNTY 50 (OT): At Waverly, Kaitlyn Reels made a 3-pointer and Carlinville went 3-for-4 from the foul line in overtime to secure a nonconference victory.
The game went into overtime tied at 46 apiece. Reels finished with five 3-pointers and scored 17 points. Hannah Gibson went 7-for-8 from the line and added 15 points, while Jordyn Loveless made five field goals and was 4-for-4 from the charity stripe and chipped in 14. Carlinville ended the night burying 14 of 16 (87.5%) free throws.
Marissa Heironimus dropped in 10 of her team-high 15 points in the second period for South County.
PETERSBURG PORTA A-C CENTRAL 64, WILLIAMSVILLE 20: At Petersburg, Jayce Privia shot 4 of 6 from 3-point range and 8 of 12 from the field for 20 points in a Sangamo Conference win.
The Class 2A No. 7 state-ranked Bluejays (25-1, 5-0 Sangamo) led 23-10 after the first quarter. Carson Arthalony went 8 of 9 from the floor and totaled 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists.
Aubrey Vogel had 10 points, eight rebounds, five assists and two steals while Karlie Hoke chipped in 12 points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks.
MASON CITY ILLINI CENTRAL 39, RIVERTON 32: At the Hawk Center, Madison Hughes scored eight of her team-best 11 points to lead the Cougars to a Sangamo Conference win.
She shot 7 of 10 from the free throw line. Megan Hughes and Alyvia Morrow each had nine points.
Brandy Petitt led the Hawks with 11 points.
NOKOMIS 61, SANGAMON VALLEY/TRI-CITY 10: At Nokomis, junior Natalie Brownback knocked down six 3-pointers and tallied 22 points as Nokomis won an MSM Conference game.
Freshman Alivia Sabol had 12 points and eight rebounds for Nokomis (17-10 overall, 6-0 in the MSM).
BOYS SWIMMING AND DIVING
O’Fallon nips Springfield in quad meet
O’Fallon won a pair of tight races and edged Springfield High 184-176 in a quadrangular boys swimming and diving meet that also included Chatham Glenwood and Southeast at Eisenhower Pool on Tuesday.
Springfield won two individual events and touched first in the 400-yard freestyle relay. Sophomore Riley Herr took the 100 breaststroke (1:06.30) and senior Will Hovey was first in the 100 butterfly (57.52). Senior Logan Allen, junior Rohan Ugrappa, freshman James Maeda and Hovey were victorious in the 400 free relay (3:31.71).
Maeda was second in the backstroke (59.89) and Herr was runner-up in the 200 freestyle (1:59.92). Allen (50.95) was nipped by O’Fallon’s Christoper Meyer (50.55) in the 100 freestyle.
Senior Xavier Try triumphed in the 50 freestyle for Glenwood, which finished third with 122 points. Southeast senior Amir Womack won the 1-meter diving event with a score of 237.30. Springfield sophomore Andrew Kotner was second with 220.80.
The Spartans finished with 15 points.
