Christina Ashten Gourkani, a model for OnlyFans who looked like Kim Kardashian, died of a heart attack after getting plastic surgery at the age of 34.

The American model was known for looking like American socialite Kim, and she sold X-rated pictures to users on the platform under the name Ashten. On Thursday, she died in the hospital after a botched plastic surgery procedure caused her heart to stop beating.

In a statement, Gourkani’s family talked about how shocked and sad they were and gave a short account of what happened before Christina died.

“It is with deep sadness and a broken heart that we have to tell you that our beautiful, loved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani has died in the most shocking, sad, and unexpected way.”

Someone called Christina’s family at 4.30 am and screamed, “Ashten is dying, Ashten is dying!” This is a scary part of the message.

The family member then talked about the “living nightmare” of seeing her health get worse in the hospital after her heart attack.

The Gourkani family has set up a GoFundMe to collect donations for funeral expenses. As of Wednesday afternoon, $3,540 had been raised out of a goal of $40,000.

Magdalene, a plastic surgery addict who once almost died trying to get the “world’s fattest vagina,” wrote about Christina: “I don’t know her, but I would always just randomly see her on Instagram and think she was really pretty, but that is so sad she just died from plastic surgery.”

“It is so scary because you really just never know when you’re going to die from risky surgery,” she said, adding that she herself worries about “brain damage” every time she goes under the knife.

According to sources, Christina Ashten Gourkani died in the hospital while she was still getting better from the surgery.
