Searching for solutions to elevate your style? I can help you implement simple ways to maximize and elevate your style — this week with my beautiful client, Roxanne.
Roxanne is an HR professional and certified organizational coach who loves fashion and is always looking for ways to elevate her look while maximizing her wardrobe options and budget. We recently worked together on a customized mini style edit and photo shoot in honour of her birthday. Her style is minimalist sporty-chic and here’s how we made this suit from Simons La Contemporaine Collection ($320) work with her existing wardrobe.

For a casual vibe, we styled the green blazer with her white wide-legged cropped jeans. I co-ordinated it with her pink and white pinstriped blouse and finished the look with her white sneakers; which could easily be swapped out for a loafer or ballet flat. To pull the outfit together and make it look more polished, I accessorized with beautiful black leather belt and cross-body bag.
A white collared shirt is a wardrobe staple and here I styled it with her green trousers for a smart and chic office-appropriate look. Instead of a blazer, I opted to style her in this off-white cropped bomber jacket to play up her sporty side. To pull the look together I added her black leather belt and classic black block-heel pump.
Nothing says sophistication more like a great tailored suit. And this one is the perfect shade of green, which complements Roxanne’s complexion and hair colour beautifully. I styled it with this delicate off-white silk camisole, for a touch of femininity and I anchored the look with these gorgeous black suede heels and black clutch.
