
PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – A Panama City man, 33, was hospitalized after being hit by a car Monday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
A vehicle was driving south on Thomas Dr. near Summer Oak Dr. in Panama City when they struck the pedestrian. He was wearing all black so the driver did not see him, according to FHP.
The man was thrown onto the windshield of the car before falling to the ground. The driver stayed at the scene until first responders arrived.
The man was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
