
ROSS TOWNSHIP, Pa. — An arrest warrant was just issued for a man after shots were fired outside Target on McKnight Road.

Ross Township police are searching for Kenneth Sharp-Harmon. He is charged with five counts of criminal attempt homicide.

Our crews were nearby and heard the shots as they rang out on Tuesday night.
According to Ross Township police, both the suspect and the victim’s vehicle fled the scene before officers arrived. Police met up with the five victims who were inside the car at the time it was shot.
According to police, none of the victims were shot, but the car was hit six times.
The victims identified Sharp-Harmon as the shooter. They told police he approached their car when they were parked at the Target and shot into the vehicle four to six times.
Police said 11 spent .45 caliber shell casings were recovered from the shooting scene.
Along with five counts of criminal attempt homicide, Sharp-Harmon is also charged with five counts of aggravated assault, five counts of recklessly endangering another person and two counts of firearms violations.
