Manoj Bajpayee has finally said something about the comparisons between his Aks character Raghavan and the Joker from Batman.

During an interview, Manoj was asked if he knew that his first scene in Aks was likened to the questioning scene in The Dark Knight.

Manoj, who is 54 years old, said that he and his friends always joke about being the “first ones to think of a character like the Joker.”

The star from Gangs of Wasseypur said, “I am so happy you mentioned this. My friends and I always discuss how we were the first to develop a character similar to The Joker. If we had said this, people might have called us pompous.”

He talked more about the opening scene, in which Amitabh Bachchan, who plays a cop opposite him, asks him questions.

While talking about the same thing, he said that everyone would become bad if there were no rules or society.

India Today says that the last movie Manoj Bajpayee was in was Sirf Ek Bandaa Kafi Hai, which was about a court case.
