HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall University Men’s Basketball team (2-5) is set to get back on the court against the Duquesne Dukes (5-2) on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. in the Cam Henderson Center.

PRE-GAME NOTES

  • Nate Martin has begun his career at Marshall with five double-doubles in his first seven games after scoring 14 points and grabbing 10 rebounds against Miami (OH) on Saturday.
  • Martin’s five double-doubles rank fourth in the country this season.
  • The junior forward also has best the free-throw percentage in the conference at 88.5 percent.

 
ABOUT THE DUKES

  • Duquesne enters the contest with a 5-2 record after beating UC Irvine on Wednesday, 66-62.
  • The Dukes are under the leadership of Keith Dambrot, who is in his seventh season with the team.
  • Dae Dae Grant leads his side 19.4 points per game with Fousseyni Dame leading their side with 7.1 rebounds per game.
